Buflomedil hydrochloride is a vasoactive drug with a variety of pharmacological effects, chemical name 2 ', 4', 6'-trimethoxy-4- (1-pyrrolidinyl) butyrylbenzene hydrochloride. The main pharmacological effect of buflomedil is to inhibit α-adrenergic receptors, inhibit platelet aggregation, enhance erythrocyte deformability, nonspecific calcium antagonism and enhance the use of oxygen, thereby improving ischemic tissue nutrient flow.
