Pharmacology and toxicology
Changchun alkali is a kind of alkaloid that has anticancer activity. It mainly inhibits the polymerization of microtubules and prevents the formation of microtubules of the spindle, which stops mitosis in the medium term. It can also be applied to cell membrane, interfering with the transport of amino acids by cell membrane, which can inhibit protein synthesis and inhibit RNA synthesis. Vinblastine antineoplastic spectrum broad, in 0.05 ~ 0.1 mg/kg doses in mice L1210 leukemia, airy, S180 ascites carcinoma, C3H mice spontaneous and metastatic breast cancer have obvious anti-tumor activity, to transplantation in rat cheek pouch of wool also has inhibitory effect on the growth of cancer cells.
pharmacokinetic
Oral absorption is poor and requires intravenous administration. After the injection of changchun base, it was rapidly distributed in various tissues, rarely penetrating the blood-brain barrier, and the protein binding rate was 75%.
