This product is a non selective beta blocker, blocking myocardial beta receptor, on beta 1 and beta 2 receptor antagonism. Have slow heart rate, inhibit the cardiac contraction and conduction, circulating blood volume reduced, myocardial oxygen consumption decreased. They are used to treat arrhythmia caused by a variety of reasons, but also can be used for angina, hypertension pheochromocytoma (surgery). The beta 2 receptor antagonist can cause bronchial spasm and asthma, so this product is contraindicated in bronchial asthma patients
