    R the pat chemical structure contains benzyl matchup of amide groups and the two have a carbonyl group 3, 4 a double bond, can a dose-dependent inhibition of neutrophil activation to produce reactive oxygen species, and can effectively remove free radicals, to prevent free radicals damage of gastric mucosa. This product can also promote gastric mucosa synthesis of prostaglandins and enhance gastric mucosal barrier. In addition, the product by preventing helicobacter pylori (Hp) lands on gastric epithelial cells, reducing oxidative stress, reduce the helicobacter pylori cytokine concentrations of Hp and inhibiting effect on gastric mucosa lesion.

    Animal experiments show that ribapat can remove free radicals in mucosal epithelial cells and have significant inhibitory effects on the production of neutrophilic granulocytes. OH also has a scavenging effect, which can inhibit the generation of Hp and chemokines. By inhibiting the damage of bile acid to gastric mucosa, the synthesis of prostaglandins is increased.
